Im a video editor based out of New York City. I have always has an interest in movies and filmmaking but over time I've developed a passion for video editing. Orginally I always thought I would be a film director and long dreamed of becoming the next Tarantino or Spielberg. This was true until I came across a statement made by Frances McDormand. "I always look for people that understand that cinema is an editor's medium. Not the actor. Not the director. Not the writer. Someone has to edit it into a film." Once a heard this I truly understood the importance of the film editor and why a good editor truly makes a difference.
